Documentation We Need To Complete Your Order:

The information presented is clear and easily understandable, the chances of getting the product you want on the first pass is greatly enhanced. On a minimal basis, we need to be given the following information in order to properly complete your order:


● Class of product.
● Materials to be used for construction.
　　 ○ Base material and cover layer type.
　　 ○ Metal foil type and thickness.
● Hole count for each hole size called out.
● Data to define hole locations (hard/digital copy).
● Conductor layer count.
● Circuit artwork defining signal runs for each layer.
● Cross-sectional view of circuit construction.
● Cover layer or overcoat opening locations.
● Circuit outline with dimensions and datum's.
● Marking requirements, materials and locations.
● Bend and files locations and direction of bend.
● Stiffener location and bonding requirements.
● Special processes and/or finish requirements.
● Tolerances for manufacturing.
　　 ○ Hole tolerances
　　 ○ Dimensional tolerances.
● Test point locations.
● Special electrical testing requirements

Gerber Files Requirements:

● An outline of the board, with a trace that is 2 - 10 mil (0.002" - 0.01") thick
● Separate Gerber file for each different layer.
● A tool listing with sizes (report file)
● The drill files should NOT be offset or mirrored


A Readme file should include:

● Company Information
● List of the Files (with descriptions) included in the zip file
● A listing of specifications for the board and a description of any special requirement
● Board Name or Part Number
● Quantity, Lead-time, Solder mask color, Silkscreen color, material thickness and finish
